Rurikhan you have to hold down triangle to detonate your mark of flame. Also you can remap the run button so that its not also the interact button. And when you loot stuff you can choose to put stuff right into junk. Also in town there is a blacksmith/general shop in the right hand corner, and a alchemy shop too, and when you got to sell stuff to vendors you have the option to “sell all junk”
